Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026.
This policy explains how AnodeTech handles personal data and cookies when you use anodetech.eu or contact us.
Who is responsible
AnodeTech is responsible for the processing described here. Privacy enquiries can be sent to office@anodetech.eu.
Data we process
- Contact data you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number and message.
- Technical security logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time of access.
- Your consent choice, stored in a necessary cookie for up to six months.
- Google Analytics measurement data only after you allow analytics. Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied before that choice.
- If Cloudflare Turnstile is activated, technical verification data needed to prevent form abuse. It is used only with the contact form.
Purposes and legal bases
We use contact data to answer your request and take steps before a possible contract. We use limited technical data to keep the site secure on the basis of legitimate interests. Analytics is used only with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and consent
Necessary cookies support security, language and consent settings and cannot be switched off through the banner. Analytics remains optional. Choose “Accept analytics” or “Necessary only”; you can reopen Privacy settings in the footer at any time.
Service providers and transfers
We use providers for hosting, email delivery and site security. Google receives analytics data only after consent. Cloudflare receives anti-abuse verification data only when Turnstile is active. Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.
Retention
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond, manage a business relationship and meet legal obligations. Security logs are retained for a limited period. The consent cookie is kept for up to six months. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics period.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us by email to exercise these rights.
Security
We apply appropriate organisational and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the site or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain available on this page. Questions: office@anodetech.eu.
